2018 Farm Bill Compliant

Many companies are rightfully concerned about whether or not the CBD they are purchasing is compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill that was just signed into law by President Trump.

Ask yourself:
  1. Is our company purchasing CBD directly from a source? Or, are you purchasing from whatever broker is offering the best price that week?
  2. Can the CBD extract we purchase be traced back though licensed hemp farmers, extractors, processors and co-packagers?

If you cannot track your CBD like this, your company is at risk of selling product that is not compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill and therefore do not have the protections that are associated with it.

Not Everyone Can Sell Hemp Under the 2018 Farm Bill

Only participants in State Licensed Hemp Programs can legally grow, posses, process, and sell hemp products legally under the 2018 Farm Bill. If your company cannot document all of the licensed parties involved, you are not protected nor compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill.

One way Speedy Grow Inc. is leading out in the Hemp Industry is with our Seed to Shelf CBD™ program. We make sure that our clients can trace every drop of CBD oil back to the licensed farmer working within a State Sanctioned Hemp Program. Here is an example of all of the licensed parties that are involved with our CBD that can be tracked and verified for our customers.

Speedy Grow Inc. is a fully licensed Industrial Hemp processor and extractor, licensed with the Dept. of Health in the State of Colorado. Click to view our license

We only work with a few of the largest farmers in CO that are licensed to grow Industrial Hemp under the State of Colorado’s Dept. of Agriculture Hemp Registration & Testing Program. To work with us, our partnering farmers must provide us with their license to grow Industrial Hemp known as an Industrial Hemp Registration. That way we can make and keep files specific to all hemp coming from their farms. Click here for sample

Before our Farmers even plant they test their soil to make sure the soil is clean and free from pesticides and heavy metals. Click here for sample

After harvesting the flower our Farmers test it to ensure THC levels are below the 0.3 % THC required to qualify as industrial hemp. Click here for sample

Speedy Grow only partners with a handful of the largest organically grown hemp farms in the State of Colorado and Utah. Comprising over 2,500 acres in 2019, this insures consistency in the CBD cannabinoid profile and the ability for Speedy Grow to have feet on the farms to oversee the clean growing practices needed to help our customers feel confident in the products they sale to their customers. When we begin extracting the oil from these farms, we create lot and batch numbers that can be tracked to each farmer and to each field. The way we do this is by creating batches that start with the first 3 initials of the farms where the hemp was grown. In this example we will use the farm Colorado Hem Solutions or CHS. You will see from the Full Spectrum CBD Oil Test Attachment that this batch of oil starts with the CHS initials tracking it to the farm from where it was grown and also tying it to the products that will be made using this oil. If you look carefully you will see all of the testing our products have to pass the 0.3% THC test, Heavy Metals test, Residual Solvents test and Microbial testing along with others prior to being used to make supplements.

From this Full Spectrum Oil other products are finished they are then again tested to see that they meet label claim and compliance. In this example we will use a 600mg full spectrum tincture. As you look at the COA you we see our product meets or exceed label claim and is far below the 0.3THC levals required in the 2018 Farm Bill Click here for sample
